A poster created with a team of three other students as part of the Stage 2 development appraisal assignment for ENVS439 Making Places. It highlights proposals to transform the neighborhood into a new St. James District. The poster, along with the separate report, presentation, and financial analysis for the Mill Corner building; earned a 72, a distinction. Prepared in November 2016.
